has been a personal trainer since 2001. She has a Bachelors degree in Exercise Science and Masters degree in Physical Therapy. She is also former adjunct faculty at Sacred Heart University Physical Therapy department, teaching courses in biomechanics and human development. Annie’s personal training background includes certification with the National Academy of Sports Medicine and Aerobics and Fitness Association of America. In addition, she is certified to instruct and train in Russian Kettlebells. Annie draws from her physical therapy background when designing her clients’ programs and favors a functional approach to personal training. Her philosophy is to provide workouts that are safe, efficient and challenging while improving mobility, muscular strength, balance, agility and flexibility.
Annie mentors children from Bridgeport, enjoys cycling (of course!), running, woodworking, and is pretty crazy about dogs of all shapes and sizes.
