Welcome to a New Year of Fitness at Elevation. We are excited to introduce new workshops, clinics and class formats.
6 WEEK RUNNING CLINIC
Start the new year off on the right foot, then the left, then the right…until you find yourself running! Join Elevation and running coach and trainer, Cristina Lombardozzi, on a new journey to inspire and reward you. Learn proper form to increase efficiency and reduce injury. Every Tuesday & Thursday starting 1/10/2012 through 2/16/2012, we will head outside from 10:30 -11:30 for a 3-5 mile run. Each run will begin with dynamic stretching and warm-up and finish with runing specific stretches and core.. Your personalized running program will include..individual evaluation to determine pace, goal setting, future race involvement and track workouts (Wilton High School) 6 weeks at $300 per person. 3 WEEK INTRODUCTION TO KETTLEBELL WORKSHOP
Kettlebell workshops are intended to decrease body fat while increasing strength, endurance, mobility, and balance. They challenge both the muscular and cardiovascular systems with dynamic, total body movements. If you are looking for a challenging, unique experience, join Annie Dino for our 3 week workshop where you will learn safe and proper technique. By the end of the workshop you will be able to enhance your current training routines. Workshops will run the first three Mondays of each month from 10:30-11:30 starting Monday 1/9/2012 and can accomodate 2-4 people. $225 per person. Find your Connection! Movements inspired from yoga, dance and martial arts are performed in a non-stop powerful flow designed to increase strength, flexibility, power and balance. Created and taught by Jen Kirsch Wednesday 9:30-10:30
TRX CHALLENGEAim for your personal best and accept the “challenge” by tracking your individual progress in this TRX timed full body workout. Taught by Jen Kirsch Friday 9:30-10:30
FLEXIBILITY/KETTLEBELL COMBO
Provides joint loosening mobility exercises, intense kettlebell cardiovascular and strength conditioning and a unique form of flexibility training for a true total body workout. PREREQUISITE: you must have completed attendance in a 3 week intro to kettlebells, had 3 hours of private or semi-private kettlebell training. Created and taught by Annie Dino Friday 10:30-11:30
